IMPACT STORIES
Ann really is amazing at presenting a huge chunk of information in a small amount of time, but I never feel as if she is rushing anything at all. I am gaining a lot of skills that can be used. My favorite part is that the IMPACT method challenges us to do simple changes that are easy to make. -Brandon, April Session
These tools really did come at a great time for me as I have been able to practice them with the girls. As you can imagine, there is a lot of tattling and competition for attention. It has really worked well for me to talk to them with a positive approach. In the past, this has been a huge struggle to get my 3 year old to cooperate. She is very defiant and stubborn. There are normally tears, threats, and time-outs. The other day, I used the IMPACT techniques and it was amazing how quickly the play-room got cleaned up. I have also tried these tools with the older two on their school assignments. The results have been amazing and they are very excited to do their work correctly and quickly.
