Coaching can occur in-person (if local to New Ulm/Mankato) or virtually to see consistent and effective results. With a combination of group sessions and individual sessions, Ann leads your team to embrace their strengths, take ownership of their beliefs, words, and actions, and problem-solve quickly and efficiently to drive positive change.

6 Group Coaching Sessions (bi-weekly)
60-minute IMPACT Trainings where clients learn skills and tools to confidently and consistently communicate
6 Individual Coaching Sessions (bi-weekly)
60-minute one-on-one sessions for clients to openly discuss wins, challenges, and upcoming situations to enhance their leadership growth and personalize their learning
